Very professional guys who really know their field. I have a very difficult yard for other estimates I got, but it was not a problem for them. I have 1/3 acre with a sloping walk out lot, trees, and many gardens, Dale had great solutions for all, and it all works great!! Based on other quotes given in the past, I thought I would never be able to afford having my whole yard set up with a great sprinkler system, but I am so happy I tried one more quote! This summer we had water in our basement and he came over and dug up the area near the house to verify the system was not at fault. Installed full yard sprinkler system. Pulled permits, organized plumbing changes, installed and adjust sprinkler system. It went super well. The day of the install, Dale arrived early and began laying out where the heads would go. I left for work and left the house open so the plumber could add the manifold. When I arrived home, Dale and crew had left and the sprinkler system was up and running. The plumbing changes were excellently done and the inspector had been by to approve them before the day was out. Dale dropped by a few days later and fully explained the operation. I did later have a few adjustments that needed to be made and they were out the same day to do them. I would gladly hire DHI again and highly recommend them. R. W. Cottage Grove, Mn.

Top notch all the way around! I had an existing sprinkler system that didn't water many spots evenly and with tree growth and other items added to the yard the sprinkler system needed to be updated. Dale came out gave me a quote and we talked about quite a few options. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Ever place he had to dig he filled back in like it never happened. We have used DHI for the past 2 years for sprinkler system start-up, shutdown and repairs. Dale is always on time, does an excellent job, communicates well and is easy to work with. During start-up and shut down he also takes care of minor repairs. His services are priced very reasonably, something that is possible because Dale is the business. No large overhead to support. AngiesList had a special a few years back and I bought that deal. I have used DHI since that time. Dale opens and closes our underground sprinkling system each year. He sends a reminder each spring and we pay for the year's maintenance at that time. He is excellent on all kinds of systems and always has a few replacement parts to service our system. Dale came as scheduled, opened our system, check out all of the heads to be certain they were functioning as needed, and replaced a cover which had cracked during the winter, at no additional cost to us. We just moved into a new house and the sprinklers were not working correctly. I called Dale at DHI and he responded the same day and came out the next day. I was very happy with his work. He even showed me a broken sprinkler head that he could have replaced but told me that it really wasn't needed in that area and gave me the choice. I signed up and paid for a yearly service agreement that included winterizing the system this fall. Dale was very prompt and helpful and I appreciated how quickly he got everything working correctly. I had planned to replace some sod, and wanted to add an irrigation system before the lawn work so the grass would hopefully not die a second time. The sod company I hired recommended DHI, and since Dale's bid was comparable to the others I received I decided to go with him. Dale was out here with a small crew over parts of two days. I'm happy with the end result. There were a couple of minor problems that Dale had to take care of after the install was complete, but he was always responsive. In fact, he came out late in the evening to look at one problem (a zone wasn't working) so I wouldn't have to take off work to meet him during the day.
