I was able to set up the appointment with Dale in a short time. The appointment was at 8:00 am, and his truck was in front of our driveway at 8:00. May be I should adjust my watch with his work. He checked all the sprinkler heads, identified the leaks, and set up another time to complete the job. This new appointment was necessary as we needed to identify the utility locations. Emailed Dale on Mon, he came out Wed am for repairs to our sprinkler heads. We had two broken sprinkler heads but Dale said the one was fine, only needed to splice the pipe, which saved us some cash. Damage done to underground sprinkler system by landscape contractor two weeks prior. Dale promptly repaired all damaged spots, fixed sprinkler heads and moved one head that wasn't in the proper location due to the new landscaping. Look no further - DHI is your company! Dale is prompt, honest in his assessment of the situation and does excellent work. I only wish my landscape contractor had been as professional as Dale. We contacted Dale Hurt of DHI Sprinkler Systems in later April concerning a leak in the faucet component of our sprinkler system and a defective sprinkler head. He returned our call and visited the same day. He determined the problem, described the solution, and gave us a rough estimate of cost. We said there was no hurry as we would be out of town. He gave us a date by which the work would be completed. The work was completed successfully by that date for a cost close to the rough estimate. His manner was cordial and professional. M.L.
